Future Sound Stages & Studios

Broadway Stages is boldly looking towards the future.  The 359 Kingsland Avenue project will add 175,000 square feet of facilities, igniting the local economy.

Kingsland Ave Project Highlights

• Construction of seven brand new, state-of-the-art sound studios (50,000 square feet) at 359-381 Kingsland Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
• The development will include sound stages, shop, storage, office and production spaces, as well as parking.
• This project will stimulate Brooklyn businesses, with a majority of the required construction supplies sourced locally.

Economic Development

• The two-year construction phase of these studios will create the following employment opportunities:
• A minimum of 45-50 full-time construction workers will be hired to complete the Kingsland Avenue Project.
• Once the facilities are open for business, Broadway Stages will hire an additional 25-30 permanent office staff.
• Between 350-500 tradespeople (union labor) will be employed on a monthly basis by the film and television production companies.
