This week’s staff lunch at Broadway Stages was provided by Fabiane’s Café and Pastry, located in the heart of Williamsburg at 241 N. 5th Street. This is a charming café that fuses French cuisine with Brazilian roots to create an amazing array of pastries, salads, breakfast dishes and sandwiches. Established in 2001, Fabiane’s has been providing organic, simple and healthy food before it was a ‘thing’. Whatever you’re craving, Fabiane’s is sure to satisfy. About Fabiane’s Café and Pastry

Fabiane’s Café and Pasty opened in October 2001. After her training at FCI, Le Cirque, and Il Circo, Fabiane crafted her French training on the roots of her Brazilian palate and established her own restaurant.
